*You can choose one of the following streams to start your career journey in China Mobile Hong Kong :

Technical Stream

The Technical Stream has a primary responsibility for formulating and implementing CMHK's network planning and construction. It also manages network resources and conducts performance analysis. The main objective is to ensure that customers and clients can enjoy professional services with a wide coverage and a stable network. The Technical Stream is dedicated to providing high-quality network solutions and services, as well as excellent cybersecurity services. Furthermore, it aligns with the company's network development plan to implement, support, and maintain base stations. The Technical Stream is also responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of business support systems. Additionally, it formulates information security measures to safeguard the company's assets. CMHK is committed to continuously developing and adopting the newest and most innovative technologies to support its business operations.

Commercial Stream

The Commercial Stream is primarily responsible for formulating and implementing CMHK's marketing strategy, exploring new products, and developing digital business. It also oversees the management of marketing events and channel sales activities to align with the company's objectives and ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service in both the short and long term. Additionally, the Commercial Stream establishes high-performance standards to ensure quality is consistently met. It further guarantees customers the most superior customer services, aiming to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

General Stream

The General Stream primarily supports the operations of the commercial and technical streams. It oversees the company's financial accounting, reporting, and planning duties. Additionally, it implements and executes the company's strategy, manages and optimizes workflow processes, and handles the procurement of general and network equipment. In addition, the General Stream plays a key role in talent recruitment, development, and retention, as well as supporting employee welfare activities in order to cultivate company culture.

Supervisory Stream

The Supervisory Stream's main responsibilities encompass the legal supervision of the Company, whistleblowing, risk management, and compliance monitoring. This stream is responsible for implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the company and its products adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards. Additionally, it assists the company in establishing an effective internal control mechanism and provides customized advice to the management to address any internal control weaknesses.

• You will go through job rotation to different major business functions to understand company business and operations in a comprehensive way.
• You will participate in a variety of classroom trainings and hands-on learning activities to enhance your hard and soft skills.
• You will take part in sharing sessions with senior management, where you will learn about the path to success.
• You will have chance to attend site visits and touring to our business partners and China Mobile outside Hong Kong to learn their best practices.
• You will work on group projects with other trainees to further enhance your capabilities and aid in the growth of the company.

You should be:

• Enthusiastic in ICT industry
•   University graduates from any academic disciplines,  the students from technical disciplines are highly preferred
• With not more than 1 year full-time working experience
