Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in people management.
Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
Experience leading and scaling teams in a SaaS environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience promoting the AI technology stack.
Experience in leadership, growing, and scaling business organizations.
Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.
Responsibilities
Develop, advance, and close business pipelines, AI bookings, and growth.
Own executive relationships with key customers. Manage teams that are focused on C-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities.
Support your team to build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert, and influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing customers, as well as the Google Cloud Field Sales Representative (FSR) and Customer Engineer (CE) teams.
Support your team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
Work with Google Account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.
