Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, prepare preliminary drafts of legal documents and process documentation, and lead training sessions.
Ensure compliance to processes and procedures, provide guidance to ensure conformity and consistency in the application of Alphabet’s policies/practices.
Manage corporate housekeeping tasks, including document tracking, routing for signatures, distribution, filing, data organization, and handling logistics such as corporate chops, certifications, notarizations, and other special projects as requested.
