Manage and implement of food safety & quality system, such as ISO & HACCP
Implement risk assessment to minimize health hazards and ensure regulatory compliance for existing and new product and establish product specification to meet customer requirements
Lead monitoring of the production process flow, includes for new & routine product, to ensure food safety & quality, (e.g temperature & time control)
Arrange testing for certain regular items for consistency & compliance
Execute inspections of raw materials upon receiving, before storage & further process
Identify and resolve problems based on food safety concern during processing with implementing corrective action & validate the effectiveness
Manage the investigation of customer complaint that related to food safety & quality
Maintains and improves product quality through surveillance audits & investigate customer complaints
Conduct surveillance checks on temperature control for transportation if necessary to ensure the correct temperature (cold chain) from factory to customer
Requirements
Degree in food sciences or related disciplines, with at least 10 years relevant working experience in supplier management, auditing, and quality management in food industry
Possess practical knowledge and working experience in ISO22000 and HACCP certification systems
Familiar with food regulations in Hong Kong and Macau
Organized, good team player, strong interpersonal communication skill and able to work under pressure
