Engineer, NOC (RAN Support) 工程師

崗位職責

1. Operate and maintain CMHK RAN and transmission network including cell site configuration and troubleshooting, ATN operation and troubleshooting
2. Provide technical support services and handle complex case troubleshooting.
3. Liaise with internal and external parties for fault identification and service recovery of CMHK transmission network.
4. Preparation of operation report, system and operation documentation if required.

任職要求

1. Higher Diploma or above in Engineering field or related disciplines.
2. 5 years' experience in telecom industry.
3. Good operation excellence, analytical and communication skill.
4. Self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to meet with quality services.
5. Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
6. Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
7. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer.
