The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Merchandise Trade and Innovation Department.

Responsibilities:

To assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events
To provide clerical and logistics support for organising trade promotional projects
To handle enquiries from event and undertake on-site duties
To assist in consolidating and updating project data and delegate information
To liaise and maintain close contact with delegates and potential customers

Requirements:

Employment Period: 16 October 2023 (Mon) - 13 December 2023 (Wed)
University graduate with experience in project management is preferred
Interest in data analysis and direct communication with customers is preferred
Proactive, self-initiated, and very attentive to details
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis.
