Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in provide value-added property management services and maintain relations with residents.
- Handle residents' enquiries or complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in managing outsourced contractors' performance and service level including but not limited to cleaning, security, landscape, etc.
- Act as supportive role in office administrative at the management office.
- Conduct surprise inspections in non-office hours and execute preventive security plans; work out daily special inspections, weekly night check and quarterly preventive security plans.
Requirements
- Previous experiences in property management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
