工作概要:

The Business Systems Analyst position is supporting the daily operation and project implementation of the team on internal systems. They are responsible to handle routine activities within the team and ensure the system stability in order to pave the way for system enhancement.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide 24/7 end-to end system support including upgrade and maintenance
Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials and provide training to the team and business partners
Participate in system implementation and enhancement
Implement and support Company and Corporate system controls and ensure systems meet compliance standard and policies
Monitoring system and fine tune system performance to meet service level agreed with line of business
Participate in new project planning by helping with requirement gathering and creation of business cases.
Coordinate with line of business, vendors and internal teams in daily system support, patches deployment, trouble shooting and enhancement
Analyze business requirements and translate into technical specification in order to facilitate the daily operation of the line of business

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent
Solid experience in SQL, CSS, HTML, Github, windows server & patching
Independent, problem-solver to be able to work in dynamic work environment
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Less experience will be considered as Associate Business Systems Analyst including upcoming fresh graduates
