崗位職責

- Responsible for production and maintenance of corporate information and communications collateral including annual report and other audio/visual/writing and editing materials
- Manage social media platforms at corporate level and prepare communications materials for social media, company website, and intranet
- Provide editorial and design support in preparing corporate communications materials
- Provide support in corporate social responsibility initiatives and activities
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on the production of corporate premium
- Support news monitoring and issues management
- Support the planning and organization of communications projects, activities and corporate events
- Execute ad-hoc communications projects when required

任職要求

- Degree holder or above in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines, with 3 years or above relevant experience in public affairs / corporate communications of which minimum 1 years in Banking / Finance is preferable
- Proficiency in written Chinese and English
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Detail-minded and a problem-solver with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills, independent and self-motivated
- Knowledge in social and digital platforms
- Good knowledge and experience in photo-shooting and retouching, video production and editing, basic design skills (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
