【華創總部】稅務管理高級經理

- Conduct and co-ordinate tax due diligence, tax structuring / restructuring and tax analyses of investment projects;
- Mitigate tax risks and resolve tax disputes;
- Support tax planning and make full use of tax incentives to enhance tax efficiency;
- Analyze the effect of latest changes of international and domestic tax laws to the business;
- Handle tax compliance including domestic tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, CbCR, etc;
- Formulate group tax policies;
- Other ad-hoc assignments/projects.

- Bachelor degree or above in taxation, law, economics, accounting, finance or equivalent disciplines.
- Proficient in Hong Kong tax laws and regulations, and hands on experience in international tax assignments is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years tax working experience in a large multinational company, Big 4 firm or commercial. Experience in investment and capital markets is a plus.
- Holder of Hong Kong CPA is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skill.
- Occasional travel to mainland China is required.
