(Senior) Test Analyst 高級測試分析

崗位職責

- Analyze the requirement document and prepare test scenarios and test cases
- Evaluate testing resource of the project
- Execute test cases in regular or ad-hoc release cycle
- Report defects/issues with details steps
- Co-ordinate with user/IT/project team for issue resolution
- Co-ordinate with business user for UAT execution
- Plan, execute and monitor the testing activities for different applications and systems with cross business teams
- Generate daily test report for managements
- Conduct or provide training sessions
- Good team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills

任職要

-University degree in related disciplines (Business/Finance/Information Technology)
- Minimum 3 years related work experience (QA, UAT, BA), preferably gained in banking or financial industry
- Experience in leading UAT Testers is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Result oriented, attention to details and able to complete tasks assigned within schedule and budget
- Candidate with more experience may consider as senior position
