

工作概要:

Be responsible for the end-to-end and full cycle of mass recruitment activities including but not limited to: Sources, recruits, screens, assessment, interviews and recommends external and / or internal candidates. Ensuring the candidate, client, team, and recruiter experiences are met with exceptional service delivery.

Identify recruitment opportunities through partnerships with NGOs and schools formulate strategies to promote Hong Kong Disneyland as the choice of employer.

Help organize recruitment events/ recruitment day and job fair to achieve mass recruitment target for all front-line positions at Hong Kong Disneyland.

Develop recruitment metrics with data from multiple systems and sources. Carry out data analysis to identify improvement opportunities on hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Handling Ad hoc Recruitment Projects as assigned by the Managers.
Requirements
-
At least 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans is preferred.

Demonstrated ability in data analysis and business metrics development.

Demonstrated ability to consult with internal clients about talent needs; design and execute recruitment strategies around those needs.

High degree of autonomy and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results within tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with various internal leaders and external business partners or vendors.

Detail-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
