Job Description & Summary

A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

Our Project Management and Implementation team works with leaders in the learning and development organisation to effectively translate line of service and/or business unit priorities and strategies into learning solutions. You’ll be helping the team with the creation, design, development and implementation of customised learning solutions.

 

 

Job Summary:

 

L&D Quality & Process Improvement officer is responsible to provide assistance to L&D team leader and relevant L&D managers on L&D curriculum management matters. 

 

Client management

  • Assist in the training curriculum planning process, including collection and consolidation of class/virtual class course list, Assurance LoS level target participants list, instructor lists as well as the instructor qualification monitoring.
  • Coordinate firm-wide training room scheduling for classroom training at planning stage
  • Maintain Assurance LoS level target participants lists
  • Coordinate Assurance classroom run schedule and instructor nomination
  • Communicate course logistics requirements with other related partners

 

Data management

  • Prepare firmwide, Line of Servcies, programme, and curriculum level reports on training attendance, training hour etc. 
  • Support Team Leads and course managers to perform various data analysis, e.g. training evaluation result analysis, post course assessment result analysis etc.

 

System management

  • Be expert and advisor of PwC Learning Management System (LMS) and provide suggestion and recomandation for Team Leads and Course Manager around LMS functions
  • Lead colleagues from Service Delivery Center to use PwC LMS set up training curriculum,, course page, user groups etc.
  • Make relevant setting for auto elearn enrolment, set-up training course auto joining instructions & reminder template etc.
  • Support the utilisation of other PwC LMS functions as required

 

Quality management

  • Support Assurance Global Reporting
  • Support CPD hour compliance process
  • Assist L&D related PwC Quality Management Reporting (QMR) and Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE)
  • Assist other L&D internal and external regulatory inspections and provide support (including reporting) to regulator’s requests

 

Others

  • Support L&D transformation and input to training process efficiency enhancement projects
  • Support other L&D ad hoc projects or tasks as required

 

In addition, candidates should illustrate the following personal attributes:

 

  • For Senior Associate grade applicants, minimum 3 years working experience in training department or data analysis field
  • For Assoicate grade, preferably with a minimum 1 year working experience in training department or data analysis field
  • Have strong analytical mind
  • Familiar with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, OneDrive etc.
  • Preferably familiar with PowerQuery, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Preferably familiar with LMS (e.g. SAP SF, Cornerstone)
  • Preferable with skill in UiPath or other RPA tools
  • Preferably with skill in Python, Excel Macro setting, HTML and Java
  • Demonstrates courage and integrity
