工作職責：
Responsibilities:
1. Set risk management mechanism: Establish policies and operation manuals for overseas business market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, investment compliance risk, etc. Improve the construction of internal risk control system for overseas business
2. Investment risk control ：Monitor pre-trade and post-trade transaction according to investment restrictions (investment scope, investment ratio, etc.). Monitor related party transactions
3. New products and businesses: Conduct investment risk compliance checks of new products and new businesses and provide risk assessment opinions. Conduct new businesses manuals with other teams
4. Portfolio performance：Familiar with risk indicators and attribution analysis of overseas products and assets. Maintain good communication with sales and promote the positive role of performance analysis in investment management
5. Risk quantification related: Improve attribution analysis models, risk analysis model methods, valuation and impairment models. Conduct research on innovative products and write research reports
6. Other risk management related work

任職資格：
Qualifications:
1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
2. Master degree or above, majors in finance, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field is considered favorably
3. With at least 5 years of investment risk management and overseas risk management experience in domestic or foreign asset management companies
4. Familiar with laws and regulations related to overseas asset management business, investment policies and risk characteristics of various AM products
5. Familiar with risk quantification models and attribution analysis models for overseas business, proficient in using relevant analysis systems such as Bloomberg
6. Good quantitative analysis and problem-solving capabilities with proactive thinking and strong learning abilities
7. Capable of program development is preferred
8. Good professional ethics, working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, communication and teamwork skills
