Content Marketing & Communications Intern (6 months full-time)
What you'll be doing?
Content Planning & Campaign Support
- Act as channel content guardian and collaborate with internal teams to align, process, and optimize content in all cross-channel campaigns, including EDM, SMS, App & WeChat Mini Program, and WeChat Official Account
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing compelling campaign messaging and copywriting across touchpoints ensuring consistency with campaign message house and adherence to channel best practices.
- Support to oversee agency activities on assigned campaigns, conduct quality assurance on communication previews and ensure timely execution.
Market Research & Guideline Maintenance
- Regularly monitor and compile competitor benchmark reports across channels to inform communication and capability enhancements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining global guidelines, planning, operations, and reporting documentations under Line Manager direction, and support as go-to person for standard procedural enquiries to uphold global guidelines
Content Reporting & Analysis
- Support to ideate and implement A/B test cases on creative assets and content to drive content strategy, with the opportunity to work with Data Science team leveraging AI technologies
- Compile content-specific performance reports with actionable insights to adopt as Global Guidelines to Local teams
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- Relevant marketing experience within retail industry or agency (CRM experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Ambitious with strong coordination skills with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sharp numerical sense and PowerPoint deck creation skills are a strong plus

What you'll be doing?
Regular Management Reporting

Develop and maintain reports and analyses to support business objectives and daily operations, adapting as needs evolve.

Create and present comprehensive reports and presentations to management, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
Financial Planning & Strategy

Engage in annual budgeting, R1, R2, monthly forecasting, and strategic planning exercises focused on store and category forecasts.

Collaborate with store operations to plan daily sales phasing.

Conduct regular analyses of initiatives to forecast sales trends, aiding in both short- and long-term planning.

Develop and enhance tracking and monitoring of financial KPIs for both the division and individual stores.
Business Analysis

Prepare regular summary reports on initiative performance.

Provide weekly insights and commentaries on business performance for Senior Management.

Analyze business cases, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
Routine and Ad-Hoc Reporting

Access and analyze sales and profitability data related to regular and ad hoc promotions and initiatives.

Data and Information Gathering

Utilize various systems and reporting tools to generate reports and data as needed, automating processes where feasible.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred.

A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA is preferred.

Senior Manager, People Analytics
What you'll be doing?
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager in People Analytics to join our dynamic HR team based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making and support organizational design and transformation initiatives. This role involves the critical tasks of managing and upgrading our company's HR and workforce analytics dashboards.
1. Dashboard Maintenance and Development:
• Utilize Python programming skills to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
• Employ expertise in Snowflake cloud data platform to securely store and analyze data efficiently.
• Design visually compelling reports with Power BI that enable stakeholders to grasp complex analytics effortlessly.
• Ensure continuous improvement and customization of the HR dashboard to meet evolving business needs.
2. Global Payroll Analysis, Trend Monitoring and Various Reporting:
• Provide comprehensive regular payroll analyses that offer deep insights into cost optimisation and compensation trends and variances.
• Keep abreast of global payroll trends and ensure accurate headcount (HC) / full-time equivalent (FTE) reporting.
• Automate key people index and movements into the dashboard to reflect real-time organizational changes for easy access by senior leadership.
• Prepare specialized analyses and presentation that clearly communicate findings and recommendations for senior leadership and/or Board of Directors.
3. Organizational Structure Review & Change Management:
• Participate in organizational structure reviews or people movement exercises from an analytical standpoint.
• Provide analysis for change management initiatives within HR, supporting strategic decisions related to workforce planning.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and work in multi-disciplinary teams e.g. with strategy, transformation, finance, retail operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming specifically for data analysis purposes.
- Knowledge of Snowflake's Data Cloud solutions for managing large volumes of data securely.
- Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports with PowerBI or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability in conducting value realization studies pertaining to HR costs including payroll analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills with experience preparing materials for board-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate complex datasets into meaningful insights.
- Prior experience within change management focusing on organizational structure is highly desirable.
